實在是沒時間更懶得出門,卻又突然很想吃甜點,
來做個 #一分鐘布朗尼 吧!
《材料》
麵粉3湯匙(無麩質布朗尼可改成蓬萊米粉)
可可粉5茶匙
泡打粉1/4茶匙
鹽少許
椰子油2茶匙
楓糖漿2茶匙
香草精1/2茶匙
豆漿4湯匙(可改用其他植物奶)
碎巧克力片、核桃碎片、巧克力豆(這三樣可依個人喜歡添加)
《做法》
1.將麵粉、可可粉、泡打粉和鹽在杯中混合均勻;依個人喜好,可放入ㄧ些碎巧克力片。
2.加入椰子油、楓糖漿、香草精和豆漿,拌勻;再依個人喜好,撒上核桃或堅果碎片、巧克力豆
3.放入微波爐,強微波1分鐘左右就可以吃啦!
*剛微波好,溫度很高,放涼ㄧ點才不會燙口!
**如果麵糰內不放巧克力碎片,配上我前幾天分享的奶油霜,也很好吃~

《Ingredient 》
Flour3 tbsp(or short grain rice powder)
Cocoa powder 5tsp
Baking powder 1/4tsp
A pinch of salt
Extra vergin coconut oil 2 tsp
Maple sugar syrup 2 tsp
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Soymilk 4 tbsp(or other plant milk)
Chocolate chips、nuts(optional)
《Method》
1.Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder& salt in a baking bowl or a mug. U can put into some chocolate chips if u like.
2. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract & soymilk and mix it well. Then, put some nuts on the top by ur favor.
3.Cook in the microwave at full power for a minute.
4. Be careful it's pretty hot. So u would like to wait a few mins to enjoy it.
